At Novantice Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “us”), we understand that circumstances may arise requiring clients to cancel services. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations are accepted. By engaging with our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • IT/ITES Marketing & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) services

  • Recruitment Consulting services

  • Software Products/Solutions provided by Novantice Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • Before Service Commencement: If you cancel before work has started, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total project/service value may be charged to cover administrative and operational costs.

  • After Service Commencement: Once the project/service has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. Any outstanding fees for work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid in full.

  • Recurring/Subscription Services: For monthly, quarterly, or annual contracts, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance before the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation by Novantice Solutions

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment beyond agreed terms.

  • Breach of contractual obligations.

  • Misuse of services or violation of applicable laws.
    In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and any unpaid dues must be settled immediately.

4. Process for Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

  1. Send a written request via email to [Insert Email].

  2. Include your name, company name, service details, and reason for cancellation.

  3. Our team will acknowledge the request and confirm applicable charges or outstanding payments within 5 business days.

5. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party expenses (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, data subscriptions, hosting fees) incurred on behalf of the client before the cancellation date are non-refundable and will be billed in full.
